Service Description
A grounding 60-min session designed to strengthen your legs and activate your glutes while helping you release the stress of the day. Through intentional lower body training, you'll build strength, stability, and power- while reconnecting to your body from the ground up. Leave feeling strong, centered, and supported in both body and mind. Perfect for: busy professionals, busy parents, lower body strength, grounding energy, and full-body reset. Equipment Necessary- Resistance Training Sessions: 1) Your sacred movement space: A small open area (living room, bedroom, or even outside) Yoga mat or soft surface Water for hydration A chair, bench, or wall for support 2) Strength & Movement Tools: Dumbbells (if possible, one heavy set, one medium weight set, and one light set for most muscle groups) Kettlebells (if possible, one heavy set, one medium weight set, and one light set for most muscle groups) Resistance/booty bands Your bodyweight 3) Tech + Connection: Phone, tablet or laptop Stable internet connection Optional: tripod or something to prop your device Headphones (if helpful) 4) Optional Add-Ons: Light ankle weights Outdoor set-up
