JILL

CHAD
Although born at JBLM in Washington State to her military parents in the early 80s, Jill considers San Antonio her “home” and where she spent her formative years.
Jill has always been passionate about fitness and wellness, and it has manifested in different areas of her life. From personal training at local gyms in San Antonio to working for Toyota training their assembly line workers, she has maintained a steady focus on helping others be the best version of themselves they can be!
Jill has a Master’s of Health Education from Texas State University, a Master’s in Agriculture from Washington State University, and a Bachelors in Health from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Jill earned her Certified Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
She has spent the last almost 17 years of her life committed to state government work and can be found at the Puget Sound Partnership currently engaged in environmental justice efforts in the state of Washington!
Jill infuses her training with an unshakeable commitment to wellbeing and emphasis on the mind body connection and invites you to train with her!
Originally from San Antonio and went to Texas Tech for college and grad school. He served with 1MEFK9 in the Marine Corps as a military police officer.
Chad is currently studying to obtain his Certified Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine”.
He spent several years as a behavior therapist and has a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Chad has extensive knowledge in working with people with all varieties of disabilities and his primary focus is on group exercise, free weights, and martial arts.
Chad has earned multiple-colored belts in different martial arts and specializes in training agility for sports and recreation.
