Service Description
Reset your week with nourishment, connection, and intention. In this 60-min live session, you'll join me in my kitchen as we prep simple, nourishing meals together in real time (follow Treetop Fitness social media for details on which recipes I will feature for each session). This isn't about perfection- it's about building sustainable habits, staying accountable, and creating a rhythm that supports your life. You'll leave with meals ready to go for your upcoming week, feeling more accomplished and ready to make the healthy option your default. Because taking care of yourself should feel supported- not overwhelming. Equipment Necessary- Live Meal Prep Sessions: 1) Your Kitchen Space: Clear a section of your counter Access to a stove and oven (other used appliances will be made known in advance) A clean, comfortable space to move and prep 2) Core Prep Tools: Cutting board Knives Mixing bowls Measuring cups/spoons Can opener, peeler, or scissors (as needed) 3) Cooking Essentials: Skillet or pan Pot (for grains, proteins, or steaming) Baking sheet Spatula or cooking utensils 4) Ingredients + Nourishment: *Treetop Fitness recipes will be announced in advance so the appropriate ingredients can be purchased in advance. 5) Storage & Organization: Meal prep containers (glass or plastic) Zip bags or wraps (optional) Labels or marker (optional but helpful) Space in your fridge 6) Tech + Connection: Stable internet connection Optional: tripod or something to prop your device Headphones (if helpful) 7) Optional Add-Ons: A whiteboard/accountability board Apron Pre-chopped ingredients
