A guided 30-min weekend session designed to help you reset, refocus, and intentionally prepare for the week ahead. Using a whiteboard or accountability board, you'll be guided through mapping out your upcoming week's workouts, meals, and self-care- creating a clear, supportive plan that aligns with your goals and your real lifel This is more than planning- it's a moment to pause, check in, and set yourself up for success with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. You'll leave feeling organized, empowered, and ready to step into your week with purpose, follow through and accountability. Perfect for: busy professionals, busy parents & schedules, weekly preparation, building consistency, and staying aligned with your health and fitness goals. Equipment Necessary- Accountability Sessions: 1) Your sacred accountability space: A small open area (living room, bedroom, or even outside) Water for hydration 2) Mind-Body Connection Atmosphere: Candle, essential oils, or incense (optional) Journal or notebook 3) Tech + Connection: Phone, tablet or laptop Stable internet connection Optional: tripod or something to prop your device Headphones (if helpful) 4) Optional Add-Ons: A whiteboard/accountability board with markers Outdoor set-up
