1. Payments & Billing
All Treetop Session fees must be paid in full before participation.
No refunds will be provided for missed Treetop Sessions. 

 

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer
By participating in health and wellness Treetop Sessions, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating in such activities.
You understand that engaging in physical activity carries a risk of injury, and you assume all responsibility for your own health and well-being.
Treetop Fitness is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health complications arising from Session participation.

 

3. Conduct & Respect
Members and guests must treat instructors and fellow members with respect.
Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the virtual Session.

 

4. Website & Online Services
Our website and online services are for informational and booking purposes only.
We may modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
Unauthorized use of our website, including misuse of content, hacking attempts, or fraudulent activities, is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Treetop Fitness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
Continued use of our online services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
